Why Should I Choose Fitness First?

✓ Fitness First are a highly reputable brand with high quality facilities, staff and offerings. They have plenty of facilities around Australia and the world.

✓ They are quite large in size – they offer far more equipment, space and training areas than cheaper gym chains, so you shouldn’t need to wait too long for equipment most of the time.

✓ Fitness First offer an abundance of extra boutique services, including group fitness (Zumba, Yoga, Core & Strength and Pilates), child-minding/creche, pool and sauna. These vary by location.

What Limitations does Fitness First Have?

✗ Fitness First is not open 24/7, which is a large downfall for many people.

✗ The varying levels of membership and pricing can also make it a little confusing for a new gym-goer to make a decision about what option to go for. Some members have joined without fully understanding their contract terms and have run into trouble when cancelling.

✗ Fitness First is on the more expensive side of gym chains, with the cheapest option being $17.00 per week if you sign up for 18 months.
