When you sign up to Healthy Mummy for the first time you will be taken through a basic questionnaire about your personal circumstances (age, weight, height, fitness level, dietary requirements etc.).
This will allow the Healthy Mummy platform to tailor your experience to your needs.
From here you will find yourself on the home tab where you will have access to all your daily fitness programs, meals, tracking tools and Healthy Mummy coaches.
The tracking tools and workouts are simple and easy to navigate, but for those of us who need a little bit of extra guidance, Healthy Mummy will lead you through a basic tutorial outlining all the features, tools and functions you can find on the home tab.
Although this may seem like a basic feature, it is something that even some of the biggest and best fitness platforms over look.
But basic tutorials can make a huge impact on decreasing feelings of stress and anxiety that come when you start your fitness journey and can dramatically increase your feelings of confidence and control over your journey.
Next up, the fitness tab. Here you will find all the workout and fitness programs that Healthy Mummy has to offer.
On the fitness tab you can jump straight into the recommended workouts or you can peruse all the workouts, programs and challenges Healthy Mummy has to offer.
What we loved is that you can also complete basic fitness tests (e.g. push up, squats and plan tests), now this may seem daunting but regular testing can is essential for tracking your progress, making adjustments and maintaining your motivation.
However, the Healthy Mummy exercise library is seemingly endless, but it does not have any form of search or filter function making it difficult to find the exact content you are looking for.

Each recipe is easy to follow. Complete with ingredients, method and extensive nutritional information.
You can also switch to the weekly tab and see your entire week of food in one easy to read tab.
Then simply move to the shopping list tab and you will find your entire weeks grocery outlined in detail.
We absolutely love the Healthy Mummy Meal plan and recipes.
Not only is the meal plan and recipe library extensive but it is so simple and easy to follow, with a great amount of variety so you will never get bored.
And as an added bonus, it is completely customisable!
And although at first glance the shopping list function seemed overwhelming with a flurry of tabs, but having your weekly shop completely outlined in detail takes a lot o f the stress, planning and struggle out of healthy eating.
With in depth nutritional breakdown and calorie tracker, so you know exactly what is going into your food.
I can honestly say, I do not think we have come across meal plans and recipes that are this clean, simple and easy to use.
On the wellbeing tab you will find all the content and counselling to help you stay motivated, healthy and on track to your goals.

This tab is amazing. It not only addresses issues that are specific to Mums but every day issues that we all face.
