When you first sign up to Move With Us you will be asked to select from four main programs.

Each program comes with a dot point outline of the specifics but if you want to take a deeper dive into what the program is all about, just click the program and you will be lead to a blurb outlining the specifics of the program. We chose the ‘Fit Program’ which is a 4 week program that is designed to enhance your energy levels, improve your strength and endurance.

Here you will find your training diary and daily workouts..
You can also add additional workouts to your day by simply pressing the ‘+’ button next to each day.
Here you will be presented with a ability to pick from the Move With Us trainers and search through their content library to find the content that is perfect for you.
However, the workout diary and search tool are a little bit awkward to navigate and is not quite as user friendly as the rest of the Move With Us tools.
Move With Us Workouts
Each workout is professionally laid out, complete with exercises, sets, rep and required equipment as if you were working with a real life personal trainer.
Once you get started you will get met with a basic video demonstrattion and timer to follow.
However, the Move With Us workouts did lack any technical cues or ongoing coaching during the workouts which may make it difficult for users who need a more hands on coaching experience.
Meals Tab
The Move With Us meal tab is the perfect place for you to track your daily calorie intake, check out your daily meal plan or explore the recipe library.
The recipes are incredibly easy to follow, letting you adjust the number of servings and swap out ingredients at your leisure.
But the real winner of the meal tab is the straight forward calorie and macro nutrient tracker.
Good nutrition is essential for achieving your goals and maintaing a healthy lifestyle. So having a strong understanding of what exactly you are consuming each day, teaches you to be mindful of your meal choices and giving you more control over your fitness journey.
Tracking Tab
On the tracking tab you will be able to measure your progress over month.
This tracking tab is basic and user friendly,, making tracking your results a breeze.
Tracking is another essential part of improving your health and lifestyle.
I particularly like the addition of circumference measurements (chest, waist hips etc.).
Not only are measurements like waist to hip ratio a good indicator of your risk of chronic diseases like cancer, in my time as a trainer I have found these measurements to be much more accurate than body weight when working with women.
This is because women are typically smaller than men, and even a small shift in body weight on the scale requires a female to lose quite a large percentage of their total body mass which at times just is not possible.
And using weight as our only measure of success is a surefire way to feeling annoyed, unmotivated and unhappy.
Taking body measurements gives you a much more complete picture of your progress.
It gives you the ability see tangible, measurable results, showing you whether the steps you are taking each day are moving you closer to your goals or further away.
