| Our Experience With Muscle Booster Workout Planner
Signing up to Muscle Booster you will be asked a series of basic questions about your personal circumstances. Including:
- What is your age?
- What is your current weight?
- What is your goal weight?
- What is your body type?
- What is your ideal body type?
- Where do you like to workout?
- What body parts do you want to work on?
Muscle Booster will then use your responses to tailor a fitness plan specific to your needs.
From here you will land on the ‘Plan’ tab where you will be able to find your daily workouts, tracking your steps, plan your week, sync your devices and more.
Workouts Tab
Next up, the Workouts tab. Here you will be able to search through the Muscle Booster exercise and workout library at your leisure.
Muscle Booster offers a wide range of workout types, including:
-
- Cardio
- Mourning routine
- Recovery
- Strength: gym
- Strength: home
The exercise library is broken into muscle groups so you can find exactly what you are looking for with ease.
Each workout is accompanied by a short outline of the session and a list of exercises that you will complete in each workout so you can see what you are getting yourself into.
Each workout comes with a basic video demonstration and timer.
However, there is limited guidance or technical cues, which may make learning new movements on the go difficult for beginners who require more in depth coaching.
Muscle Booster does a great job providing both gym and home workouts. This allows the platform to cater to beginners who need simple, fun workouts and people who need to exercise on the go.
As well as more intermediate and advanced users who want to challenge themselves in the gym.
Insights Tab
The insights tab gives you access to the library of blogs, tips and tricks that Muscle Booster has developed to help educate their users.
Blogs are written on motivation, nutrition and training, giving you the tools to succeed. The blogs are short and easy to follow.
However, I would have liked to have seen a simple search function to make it easier to find the answers you are looking for.
Daily Menu Tab
In the daily menu tab, you’ll find your daily menu tailored by Muscle Booster. Meals are broken up into breakfast, lunch, dinner and twos snack.
My daily menu featured tortellini, lentil tabbouleh and more. The recipes were, simple and easy to cook but the menus lacked customisation options.
More importantly the menus did not come with a calorie or macro nutrient breakdown making it difficult to track exactly what and how much you are eating every day.
| How Much Does A Muscle Booster Membership Cost?
We have seen Muscle Booster change their pricing model on at least one occasion, with the price seemingly increasing over time.
So how much does a Muscle Booster subscription cost at the moment?
As of the time of updating this article, a monthly Muscle Booster subscription will cost you between $5.99 and $19.99 USD per month, with the discrepancy dependant upon how long you commit for.
They have at least four different membership options, including:
