The Peloton workouts combine upbeat music, the lively and in depth instruction of their bubbly coaches to make a simple HIIT style interval workout memorable.
Peloton offer such an amazing range of classes that their is something for everyone but what stood out to us was the level of coaching.
Each workout is made to feel like you are in the studio with your favourite instructor, continually chatting and prompting members with technical cues, progressions and regressions. This is some of the most intensive coaching we have come across, up there with the likes out FitOn and creating a vibrant and engaging workout experience.

With such an extensive library of workouts and programs, Peloton truly does have something for everyone. Whether you are a beginner who needs a few challenges to help you on your way or a more advanced user who just needs something to help you stay active on the go. Peloton has something for you.
Basic HIIT Interval Style Classes
The classes are a basic high intensity interval style workout with little focus on sets, reps and weight. This can make it difficult to track your progress and deter some people away who are looking for a more traditional sets and reps workout plan that you would find in apps like Centr.
Peloton does not offer any nutritional advice. This is odd because it is such a large fitness platform with a huge audience that would benefit from nutritional plans and advice.
Minimal Tracking Features
Peloton offers minimal features that allow you to track your progress. Compared to Lose It Calorie Tracker which allows you to track workouts, water intake and more.

But is Peloton any good?
Yes! Peloton is an awesome fitness application. Not only does Peloton have one of the largest exercise libraries, programs and challenges we have come across and workouts featuring some of the worlds best trainers, coaching you every step of the way, it is absolutely seamless. The interface incredibly user friendly making finding the right workouts for you a breeze.
The only thing holding Peloton back is the lack of nutritional advice, tracking tools and one dimensional interval style workouts. There are many great fitness apps out there like Centr offer users in depth nutritional advice, tracking tools and more extensive exercise programming for more advanced users. This may limit the amount of people that Peloton are able to serve.
