The library tab allows you to wade scour the Seven database for just the right workout for you. The workout library includes:

The Seven Workouts
The Seven utilises 7 minute body weight workouts, constructed around a working period followed by a short resting period.
Seven effectively uses an animated trainer to demonstrate each exercise combined with a computerized voice over providing instructions and a information tab next to each exercise to provide users with technical cues for each exercise.
The short and sharp nature of each workout makes getting a workout into your day achievable.
